Had a tummy tuck and breast augment four months ago. Love the tummy tuck but the breasts, not so much. My surgeon went with a larger implant (450cc) and removed some skin from under to tighten the breasts. Definitely an improvement in volume but not shape/lift. Also the left one points outward a bit and falls way to far to the side when I lie down (left was always a little bigger/droopier) I'm scheduled for a traditional anchor/wise pattern breast lift and he is going to tighten the breast pockets. The only thing I am afraid I'll regret is not exchanging my implants for smaller ones- I even thought about explanting just because I don't want them saggy but at my consult my surgeon said he thinks he can get close to my wish pics by doing the lift and pocket tightening.

Hi! Thank you for the warm wishes, surgery went very well. I just read your story (you look amazing, btw!) I hope I don't regret not downsizing but they do actually look smaller already, even with the swelling. He must've removed a lot of skin!

Hi! I started watching Homeland today! Thanks for the suggestion. There's a Homeland on Netflix but it's a two part documentary on Iraq, I found the correct one on in Hulu. It's very good! Thanks again

Hello! Surgery went well, I'm feeling pretty good today. Hardly any pain in my right boob but left one is pretty sore and is oozing a little blood. It's the one that needed more work. My throat is KILLING me! It feels like someone punched me right in the throat and swallowing makes me cringe! Must be from the breathing tube? I didn't have throat pain last time ???? I drank some slippery elm tea which helped a bit. My doctor doesn't use compression garments after surgery, that worries me a little because I want to be sure they are stabilized and not stretching the implant pocket out or moving too much. I did put my Dr. Rey sleep bra on this morning just for a little support. Hope that's ok.

Do you stay at 450cc with this lift? How is your nipple now?

Hi! Yes we kept the 450cc implants. My nipple is healed but it is a bit scarred. I also think my breasts are down again, will try to post pics when I get home. Maybe the 450's were just too heavy for my skin to support, they are over the muscle too. I am not considering any revisions though.

I sent pics to my nurse and Dr. wanted me to come in to the office. He removed the tapes from the left nipple for better blood flow. I will see him again at noon today. I didn't sleep well all night worried about my nipple dying and falling off. So worried about it. But I got up and made it to church today! Feeling better mentally but prayers needed!

I would ask some questions because your left one came out of surgery with a large hematoma and your bipple is a lot darker even on day one.

I am praying for you. I hope that it corrects itself and heals. Did you have a lift on this side once before? Is that a factor? What does doc say?

Thank you for your prayers! I'm at my surgeon's office now waiting for him to come in. I didn't have a lift previously, just implants but he did remove some skin from under to tighten them a little. My anxiety is level 10 right now, I've been reading other stories on RS and I know there is necrosis, just hoping it doesn't get worse.
I'm a huge Netflix fan, but I'm based in the UK, so my suggestions might not be of any use, although most of the stuff I watch tends to be American shows :) Have you seen Homeland? That's my latest addiction. I'm glad you've got some help, and will be able to give yourself time to heal. Please update us as soon as you feel able!
I haven't seen Prison Break, but loved Wentworth! Make the most of this time, putting yourself first. Let me know what you think of Homeland :)
