WORTH IT$300
My scars of been healing nicely. The one on my nipple is barely noticeable. I have the one on my belly-button any picture that's attached it, it's a little red. I also have one on the front of my right arm and another on the back of the same arm and they're both still pinkish red. The removal between my breasts is healing nicely. I think the doctor used what's called a dog-ear closure so hopefully it will flatten out over time. Either way I feel better about it than I did the neurofibroma.
I have absolutely no regrets about this removal procedure and will be going back to see Dr. Barnett for more removals in the future.

No more stitches!
All righty, so I went to the office to have the stitches removed today! It only took a few minutes and I was free from those itchy things. I will say my skin is healing well and I'm excited to see how they'll heal.
I'll post again in two weeks or so for a progress update!

Five days post removal.
I've been feeling very itchy at my removal sites. Apologies for the weird angles on the belly button picture. Photographing ones own belly button is a little awkward. For the most part, I've resisted temptation. Tonight, I'm sharing a few photos and I'll post again Monday when the stitches come out.
Btw, stitches in your nipple hurt. No picks of those because I'm a little shy.

What helps with the itching? Ointments, Vaseline?

I haven't really tried anything for the itching. I did my best to keep them covered with band-aids to keep myself from irritating the skin.
Yay, congrats to the stitch removal!
