Still Unhappy

I am still incredibly unhappy with the results and I am planning on having the implants removed and going down to a ‘normal’ size. I don’t know when this will happen as I’ll need to set the money aside, but I find it extremely unfair that I paid thousands of dollars for a body I specifically did NOT want and now will have to pay thousands again to fix it. I wasted $6.5k. I believe the right move from the Dr. should have been to correct the procedure once they had fully healed and only charge me for the materials used (inventory), but not only did he not offer, he basically told me ‘tough luck’. I talked to a few lawyers about getting some compensation, but I wasn’t able to find any lawyers that truly understood the predicament.

So, I had a breast lift with implants added. I was...

So, I had a breast lift with implants added. I was a 32DDD before surgery and sadly, my breasts looked like deflated zucchini due to recent weight loss. I had been a 44KK or M or something before the weight loss, so there was a lot of sag there. Anyway...what I wanted was to reduce my breasts down to about a D cup if possible and to use implants to fill in the chest area and make them look more full since I had lost all that connecting fat and tissue. The Dr. explained that since we were adding implants it was likely they would not be able to reduce my breast size, but that they would not (guaranteed) be larger after the surgery. I was fine with that since I was already accustomed to DDD and they fit within my wardrobe..mostly. Unfortunately, after the surgery my breasts seemed incredibly large to me. I was reassured that it was due to swelling and they would easily be a DDD after that had gone away if not smaller...so I *tried* to swallow my worry. At the two month mark, when I went in for a recheck I asked the Dr. if the swelling was gone and whether or not they would continue to diminish in size. He told me they looked lovely (which they did), the healing was going well, no swelling and they were the size they were going to stay. I had measured ahead of time to see what they were at (32K) and told him this and that I had not been able to fit into any of the bras in Victoria Secrets (which max out at DDD). He told me he didn't think they looked that big and that if they were, he was sorry, but it was virtually guaranteed that adding implants would make my boobs larger. When I reminded him that he had guaranteed me they would not be larger than what they started at he shrugged and said I could always get the implants removed later if I wanted to. And that was the end of that.
Don't get me wrong...my breasts do look lovely, they're very full and rounded, shaped nicely and they seem to be healing very well, but....all my shirts are tighter, I look bigger all around because of the way my shirts hang on me (unless they are skin tight) and I can't buy bras in a store anymore. Overall I spent $6500 to get breasts I didn't want and had been trying to avoid. Also, after I had lost all my weight.. I was feeling fantastic about my body, I wanted to work out, I was toned...now, I've had a hard time finding sports bras that support me, fit me and are comfortable (I have one) and I've noticed I don't like to look at my body in clothes as much. My breasts look too big for my body, like an Amazon woman and that was not the look I was going for. I wanted to have more petite breasts that would not stretch my shirts, but that could be made to look big with a push up bra.
So overall, not a great experience for me. Now I'm trying to decide if I want to spend the money *again* to get them repaired or if I want to continue on to do my stomach like I had originally intended.
