WORTH IT$5,800
I wanted new breasts for 16 years. The first surgeon I saw in Seattle told me when I was 20 years old (and saggy even then) to wait until I have children then get new breasts. I'm glad followed his advice but he retired a few years ago. I saw another doctor in Seattle for another consult last year. She was very expensive. My friend told me about Dr. Ralston in Ogden Utah that had done her friend's breasts. I checked his medical license- clear. I read reviews- all good. I questioned why his price was cheaper. It's because he has a good heart and wants surgery to be affordable. He even gave me a discount for being a nurse. Even with airfare, hotel, and other travel expenses I saved over $3K.
Dr. Ralston and his office are friendly but at the same time professional. When I got scared right before surgery and almost cancelled they had the anesthesiologist talk to me. As a nurse I can tell when medical staff cares, they care. As a woman, I love my new look and it hasn't even been two weeks post op.

Thanks so much for your review! I've been doing my research and went to a consultation with a doc here and I decided I'm also gonna travel and go to Ralston instead! Can't wait to save up the money!

He is worth the travel. He has the right combo of friendliness and boundaries. He is a Michael Angelo of plastic surgeons.

Loving my new look
Waiting for my implants to drop. I have amazing cleavage right now because they are still pretty high. Had my stitches around my areoles taken out by my boyfriend who is a medic. No issues there, barely a noticeable scar and it will fade.
I think one thing that helped with pain control post op was instead of taking 1-2 tablets of Percocet every four to six hours, I took a half tablet every two to three hours. It kept my pain level at a constant low and I didn't have to wait for the pain to come down. I'm going bikini shopping as soon these implants drop.
This pic is nine days after surgery and I was really excited about my surgical results. Sorry I didn't post it sooner I've been busy????

Hi! I was just curious how your consultation went and what manufacturer you chose for your implants? I am also out of town and have finally scheduled my procedure with Dr.Ralston. I don't know anyone who's gone to him so any information at all would be helpful!

Hey there! I originally spoke to his receptionist and emailed pics. He got back right away and recommended a lift along with implants. I scheduled surgery at that point and made an appointment the day before for an in person consult. I told him I wanted a natural look so I would look in proportion (to match my butt). He said he could definitely do that. I hope that helps.

Yes it helps! Thank you! I sent my pictures a couple weeks ago and my in person consultation is in July with the surgery the next day! So I want to know all my options before then! I'm getting nervous and want it to happen already! How are you feeling? How old are your kids? My littlest one will be 15 months old! I'm nervous about not being able to hold her for a few weeks...

I feel great. A little over three weeks post op. My breasts are as beautiful as they were when my milk came in but this time I don't have milk squirting everywhere. My kids are 9,6, &4. Your daughter will have to crawl into your lap for awhile

Almost four weeks post op
I have a painful cordlike area under my right breast on my rib cage when I extend my right arm slightly. When I rest I don't notice it. Possibly a pulled muscle? My bf said he had something similar after a hernia repair and that it eventually went away. Anyone else experience this? I have anchor incisions.

Did the cords go away? How has the rest of your recovery been? I'm scheduled w dr ralston on June 10th for a lift and wondering if you are happy with your results

I'm scheduled for the same with Ralston July 9th! I'm so scared! Please update on your experience!

I'm very happy. Chord disappeared a couple of weeks ago. My implants have dropped and fluffed. I've ordered four new bathing suits for this summer and I've already worn my summer dresses from last year- only this time I don't require a bra with them.

You are in good hands with Dr. Ralston. I've recommended him to all of my friends and colleagues that are thinking about plastic surgery. He can do consults via email and is very accommodating.
Thanks for sharing your story. I'd love to know what it was like to travel back from Utah. How long did you have to wait before you could fly back, and where did you stay there? Did you go alone or did someone come with you?
