27 Years Old with 2 Kids

Wanted my body back how it was before I had 2 kids. I worked out so hard and nothing never changed my tummy was never flat like before and I worked out 2 times a day, one of those times Included a trainer. As of right now I'm not liking my results is just day one today. Feels and looks like fat transfer to my butt was just at the top and not bottom of my butt. I did show a wish pic. I pray it heals like my wish pic. One thing I wish I knew before surgery was that it is very complicated to urinate. I'm not talking about just sitting and standing. It is a struggle for you to empty yoir bladder and very frustrating and annoying even with the urinal I bought for females.
