The procedure is performed in the office and you need a week at home to recover from a chemical peel but the results make it absolutely worth it. Dr. Sterling requires you to come to the office everyday for a week after the procedure to check on the condition of the skin. There is a little redness for awhile, but that disappears. I am still thrilled with the results 9 years later,
