For once in my life I look completely normal and proportionate in a tshirt!!! I can also put a scarf wirh it and it not be the very first thing you notice when you look at me!!! It's pretty awesome and not too shabby for a 44 year old!!!!

That's so funny you said that! I always buy scarves but never wear them because I think I'm even more giant when I put them on!! Haha how fun will that be?!?

Hey Misscrene - glad to hear you are doing well - I had my op 4 days after you! so excited about the prospect of going out and buying a bandeau bra.. You are braver than me showing your hubby! I couldn't look at mine for about a week after, and there's no way my husband is seeing them yet!! To be fair he has absolutely no inclination to either :) XX

Day 6 post op

I have really good mornings but by the time 3:00 or 4:00 rolls around, I'm tired and hurting. Around my rib cage under my breast hurts and I have a burning sensation that runs from under my arm all the way around to my back. I'm feeling really discouraged right now.?????

Take breaks and rest, you deserve it. Maybe pre-empt the burning by taking a tylenol otc around 3pm and just staying still for a while. I felt like first week was hard, second week better so far. I had to start taking iron tabs, slow release, because I just could not get my strength back, but felt better after a couple of days. Good luck!

Don't be discouraged! Give yourself permission to take it easy. That's where most if my pain is also. I wake up feeling good and rested and think I don't need any meds but by lunch I'm hurting and tired. So I'm going to take some pain medicine and rest like I'm supposed too. Everyone is different and will recover at different rates. Take care:-)
