Just wanted to share that today is my 2 1/2 year mark since my Gastric Bypass. I can close my eyes and it still seems like yesterday. I have lost exactly 250lbs as of today. I was 392 day of surgery. I have lost almost 320 now total and am trying to put healthy weight and muscle back on and have years to do it safely now. Thanks for the support and positive vibes always!

My first stage of skin (Butt Lift, FDL Tummy Tuck (FDL TT) with Hernia Removal (HR) and Muscle Repair (MR) and a Male Breast Reduction) have stage 2 still which is Arms and Legs.
So when does this happen?? You've done so much to change and better your life, this will be the (temporarily painful) cherry on top of all your work!!! Wow, you are truly amazing!
