Consultation review: office manager & other worker are rude

The front desk workers were so rude. i walked in and no one said a word to me
They proceeded to speak in Spanish to each other and ignore my existence
Then the front desk worker asked me about an authorization as if they shouldn't of already had that taken care of.
I waited for almost an hour and then started inquiring about when i'd be seen & she got an attitude because i asked. Then I asked to speak with the manager who was on-site at the time standing there not saying a word & the manager tried to defend her behavior. The manager put on my chart that I'm not allowed to be seen there as if I'd ever even consider it after that horrible experience. Also, the only reason i even ended up at this location is because Dr Lipeles cancelled my prior appointment suddenly. I would never allow these people to touch my vagina nor do i suggest anyone else does.
