I had Cool sculpting on my lower abdomen in May 2016. I am a fitness professional and in good shape, but after having kids and at 50 years old I had (still have) a small pouch of fat beneath my belly button. Cool sculpting sounded like the perfect way to get rid of it...boy was I wrong. The procedure left me with a very obvious indentation right above my belly button, a ridge between my upper and lower abdomen, and very wrinkly skin above the belly button. Now the only way to fix it is to have a fat transfer. This requires surgery and will require me to stop exercising for a full month (did I mention, I'm a fitness trainer?). I would not recommend this procedure for anyone. The results are not predictable, and you could end up with an even more unsightly body part then you had before. Beware!
