I am a mom of twin girls and after nursing them for just shy of 2yrs I'm left with nipples and some extra skin were my boobs used to be. I was never big and always have been slightly boob obsessed! I want a BA forever but never felt like the timing was just right. Maybe I should get married first, have kids, hit 30....well I have checked all those boxes and it's time! I had my consultation with Dr. Khanna and have booked my BA for July 8th 2015!!!!! So excited and stressing now over size. I want a small D but the recommended 360 to 375cc cohesive unders inspira round. I don't want want [RS bleep] star boobs but I want to feel like it was worth it after all this waiting! Next appointment is June 16 for sizing so I need to start figuring out what I like and want too see on me July 8!

I feel the same as you re size., it's a tough decision. I love all of your wish boob pics and might have to borrow them. :)

I'm so excited and nervous to pick out the shape and size on Tuesday. The more research I do the more confused I get about what size I want. I'm afraid of making a mistake like so many ladies have said after their BA. Hope I will feel confident and comfortable with the selected size next week! Any suggestings on what I should ask the doc in the preop? Is it better to bring a tight shirt or tank?

Hi!! Bring a tight tank for sure. Did the PS say 375 was your max? Based on your wish boob pic, I wouldn't go smaller than 375. The nurse at my PS's office recommended I go a little larger than I felt comfortable with...great advice! Boob greed is real! Lol! I maxed out at 425ccs and cannot imagine being any smaller! Good luck and please ask if you have any questions. So excited for you!

Thank you! The surgeon ended up picking 450cc and I immediately panicked thinking they are going to be too big. Your comments are comforting!
Yes, it sounds like it's time for you! ;) When determining the last few ccs it can sometimes be helpful to have wish boob pictures to share with the doctor. Feel free to post those here in your review too. You might want to join a forum of members also getting breast augmentation in July 2015. Good luck and please keep us posted!
