No hair loss! Yay! Scar is still healing so I'm just careful with styling and sun exposure. But it feels great! Thank you

Yes scalp is still numb on the top. Not putting anything on the scar, just moisturizer and sunscreen! And I think hair is starting to grow through the scar :)

When did you get your dressing removed? I have my surgery coming up next month, in Cape Town (South Africa), but I live in a different city. I'm hoping they won't have me in the dressing for too long afterwards, because I'd like to get out and explore without a massive bandage around my head.

The huge bandage comes off the next day, then they put a smaller one that goes around the incision on. You'll still be able to see it just not as big.
