Scar is often very red

I'm generally happy with my hairline lowering, but I am unhappy how apparent my scar can be when its hot outside or after I exercise. The scar turns very red. I'm not sure if the redness will ever disappear or if I should cover it with FUT or FUE? In addition, under white light, some people will notice my scar.

1.5 years after hairline lowering (5 months on Rogaine/Propecia)

Hello All, I just wanted to update you on my situation. The dermatologist I went to and Dr. Kabaker both recommended I start Rogaine and Propecia to speed up hair growth. They suggested that I might be suffering from temporary hair loss (Telogen Effluvium), with a chance of male pattern baldness (less likely as no one in my family starts losing hair until their 50. This was in August. Now, my hair has regrown significantly around my hairline, with my temple areas making slower progress. However, about a month ago, several of my temple hairs fell out, but it is starting to regrow again. At this point, I'm going to continue using Rogaine and Propecia for another 6 or so months and slowly taper off. I'm planning on reducing propecia first and then Rogaine. I am a little hesistant as I am afraid all the progress I have made would be lost. Although my hair has started to grow back, my scar is still visible and I am thinking about going through a scar revision for my right temple and a few hair transplants for my left temple. Any advice or comments would be appreciated. Thanks for your guys' support!

More hair loss/Nerve still hasn't returned.

So it's been 13 months since my procedure, and now I've been losing a lot more hair now. It was growing back, but within the past 3-4 weeks, my hair density has been dramatically reduced and my hair has been falling out at an alarming rate, particularly my right temple and my front at the scar region. My left temple has not been affected. I know this is not male pattern baldness as both temples would then be affected, and no one in my family experienced this at this age.

Also, nerves in my front scalp hasn't returned 100% yet, its still about 30-40%, and now I'm extremely worried. I've been massaging my scalp to get it to return, but I haven't seen much improvement yet.

I've been extremely worried, and the additional hair loss has not been adding to it. I'm really wishing I had not gone through with the procedure.
