Hi everyone, my date is nearing and I have to pick Cc's tomorrow. I want to look natural so I wanted to put up two pics with sizers so I could get some feedback. Which one looks better, ie, sexy but elegant? Thanks all! Im excited and scared but so far everything has gone better than expected!
I promise to give way more details once I've had my surgery.

I think they both look similar in front. either size looks good with your frame. Have you thought about trying them with a swim suit top or another shirt?

I didn't think of that but after showing to numerous people (it takes a village!) I have decided to go with the slightly smaller size. As you say, both look nice and the difference of 25cc's I'm told is like under a shot glass! Thanks for your reply!!

I am 5'9 and weighed myself this morning at 118 although I'm slightly under weight at the moment. I'm an A. The doc measured me at a B but I assure you, I'm an A. (;

Keep in mind they look way different in your body The rice bags make them look saggy and floppy and way bigger then what they will actually look like. So I'd say go the 25 more. Good luck:))

Hi, they weren't rice bags they were 275cc and 300 cc silicone sizerrs....did they look saggy?? Yikes!!

I'm sorry.... That was rude to say the S word! I meant that u are going to look nice and perky and they don't look to big at all fr you! When you put in sizers they just look different. So don't be afraid of the extra 25cc. I'm sorry if I scared u.

No worries! What is funny is that every gf I showed the pics to all say that because of how small (talk and skinny) I am that the smaller looks better - and I think visually I sgree. I think I'm just feeling like, well, if I'm gonna do it I should go a little bigger. I don't want to look like I've had my boobs done...! Thanks for your comments. If I went smaller, does it still look good to your eye?

Yes. They will look beautiful. When I discussing that with my PS he told me that it's basically a teaspoon or tablespoon difference 25 cc is not that big of a difference. If u decide to go 300 vs 275. It's not going I be like oh crap she went to big BUT they both will be great!!!what does ur ps suggest ?

Hey girl, here you are? I added more pictures so you can check me. My boobs look smaller than in a picture. We have similar stats. 350cc is max for us, because we are slim. Good luck. You will look AWESOME!

HI everyone! I seem to be completely obsessed with this website! Here are the facts: I'm 52 years old and 120 lbs. 5'9 inches. I want, like a lot of you, want to look really natural with sexy boobs -- I want both! My choices - my surgery is Friday! - is between 285 and 305. I know that the difference is oh so small, but I am looking at the pics of me and feel like to achieve what I just said, I should go smaller. The ps thinks I can have 305 and still look natural. Will I regret going smaller? I hear many talk about 'now that it's over I wish I had gone bigger' but when I look at the pic of me with the 305, it just seems too big. Help! Many of you have already written to me (thanks Ali!) but I just need a little more of a nudge from women who are my size or who feel strongly when they see my pics. Thanks so so much!

It's hard to say without seeing the side view and i think it makes a difference seeing the 2d pic verses seeing it in person but from your two pictures, i think the first pic looked most natural and sexy both

Thank you for your time and opinion. I talked to my surgeon today and he said I wouldn't look like the second pic because it loses volume when it goes under the muscle. I'm learning even at this late date! Have you already had surgery?

not yet since I'm not financially able to- I'm waiting to get through school. but until then I will stalk this website. I'm a bit obsessed and I've learned so much! haha. they are going to turn out amazing and I think they fit our body really well!

You're sweet. I'm sooooo happy, Ali! Now they're still swollen and still sore (surgery was the 16th) so I'm assuming it will gradually fade to no pain at all. I went 305, regret a tiny bit I didn't go 325 but can't do anything sbout that now. Instead, I think about how different I look with the 305! It's amszing! Thanks for all of your encouragement, support and advice. I'm actually eating now waiting for my doc appt to check 'em out! Thanks again!

I got 305cc's, moderate plus Sientra. I could not be happier. My ps (the best ever!) brought in three boxes of implants on the day of surgery because I was Miss Indecision. I chose to go with the middle amount and I do not regret it. Do I wonder what it would be like if I have gone for that extra 20cc's? Of course! But for my frame, even the (male) friends who said, 'go bigger go bigger' have ALL said that it was the perfect choice -- more than I had by a lot and completely elegant and natural.
