What a change! SAD!

Third time for fixes I will post in a few months
went for laser among other things never got my laser treatment but was charged told me his laser machine was down! I am really sad as this was a Dr I was super happy with I just hope he understands that I am/was so disappointed when I show up to be told that his laser is down the day of after I paid for it! He seemed not into it! Many other events had taken place prior that I will not go into I just hope that he will fix whatever needs to be fixed!

Need to be a bit kinder and explain what you are doing in detail. Paid for procedures that I did not get hopefully he will make
I will post my update after I see what happens in 3 months time! No before and after yet I will wait to see if the fat transfer works this time the 3rd time in 2 years!

Removed large implants
It has been awhile been busy but thought I would share my now current situation for the better.
I had to remove my implants they were too large and they caused me so much pain & proceeded to become hard they were so big for my frame that my nipples would not close the up the stitches. I waited 6 months as to let my body heal as best that it could & had Dr. Peterson who is great remove them. We decided on a breast lift with a much smaller implant. I feel so much better as the pain was intolerable but they just did not fit my frame. They now hang like natural breast unless I push them up to me they actually look perfect, they are soft and bounce even thou they are still healing they just feel much mire natural, soft not to mention my nipples are higher and they look great in a tank top.
The lift scar is not bad almost healed, once the bandage comes off I will show the scar, my breast actually cover the scar as they hang over the scars. Because I had so much scar tissue it hurt a bit more but worth it. Dr Peterson & I looked & talked so many times about the best fit & look which was so wonderful to have him actually help me make my choice. He took great care of me & did a fantastic job! He will be my cosmetic surgeon for all my procedures!!

You look stunning! These implants do look much more proportional to your frame. I know well the weight an discomfort of implants too big on thin frame, I'm 800 cc and had these about 13 years. Ugh. I wish to go back to previous 650 cc range as I'm tall. Last were above muscle but below fascia and absolutely loved them even tho saline. Now these are under muscle an from day one major flex distortion, way too much side boob , feels like constant muscle tearing an aching in middle especially working out. I hate that much of the implant spills to sides under arms making me look deformed in tank tops. Are these ultra high profile you had done now as I want upper pole fullness like you have and below or above muscle? If you would be so kind to answer it would really help me. Thanks again beautiful.

What I ended up doing was thinking I was going to skip a lift by putting larger implants in, I did not want the scars & wanted my breast to be higher up on my chest & closer together for more cleavage, my prior breast implants were sagging before the monsters I just replaced, they were supposed to do all this BUT the only way I could avoid a lift was to put larger implants in! UGH so I did I went from 425 cc to 550 cc it really did not seem that much more in cc but what I was not aware of was that they were super high profile & and wider so I had boobs up into my arm pits all the way across my chest and they were long I looked deformed, I knew it was a mistake from the get go. Then all my troubles started from horrible pain on the sides on top I could not move in bed unless I actually held them to turn to my side ugh ugh ugh! Then my nipple suture wound up infected and would not close I could barely work out plus nothing fit I was embarrassed, I felt so not sexy and I of course wanted my husband to love them well he hated them SO this is what I did. I decided to do a breast lift even though I would have the scar I researched like crazy found so many pics of what I wanted them to look like, I knew that I was going to be so unhappy with the monsters I had in on my 5'1 frame at 100 pounds plus the agony I was in, come to find out they were encapsulated this was why my left implant started to look like a potato! Anyways my Dr was great I sent him so many pictures this time I was looking for a bit of a slope when you look at them from the side but still had upper pole, we went with a smooth moderate implant round but not as wide, I am at 450 cc with a lift he gave me the full mastopexy lift which addressed my nipples they are silicone. Now I have really nice smaller nipples they are up higher because of the lift but with the smooth texture they will slide down in the internal bra he made for me to adjust my breast pockets. I am thrilled the scars you can not really see they are almost healed, I wish I knew all this before, six months with those giant suckers was such a waste of time! My breast are also above the muscle, my Dr advised me of this since I work out, he said I may not be happy with what they could look like, gosh sorry to go on & on I hope I answered your question.

I went from 550 cc to 425 round moderate profile smooth. They feel & look so much better wish I would have done this in the first place. Thank you for asking and for the kind words. I am in my mid 40s.
