Absolutely pain free, I was so afraid of the pain &I Dr.Dieffenbach is a miracle worker because I've heard horror stories about how painful it is. I didn't even feel like I had surgery! I am so happy with my results. Dr.Dieffenbach made me feel comfortable and helped me choose the right choice for my frame. I had mild sagging and thought I would need a lift but like I said he is a miracle worker and no lift was needed. They are symmetrical and the crazier thing is that I think my nipples are more symmetrical than they were before, my scars can't even be considered scars. I can't believe I was nervous for surgery! I was completely fine the entire time and now I feel like I just had a good chest workout. I'm soooo happy! I can't tell what the actual results will look like but I'm hoping for the best. Right now I'm just sitting a little high, not too much and the actual boob I do have is sitting below the implants. Can't wait for it to drop ????
