I am so impressed with your results ! I am in the final decision stages of going forward with rhinoplasty surgery or not , and I can honestly say that your posts pictures and recovery has made me feel so sure this is something I truly want . Pastorek did my primary and my tip is pointy and prominently tilts to the left. My columella graft is badly misplaced and so my nostrils are severely asymmetric. These things were noticable early on and bevame much worse as swelling subsided. Have you noticed anything like this with your nose? He offered to do a revision on me but im definitely looking elsewhere. Good luck to you!

Sinus infestion

I began antibiotics for a sinus infection today so hopefully these past two weeks of being sick will be done and over with. I spoke with the nurse at dr pastoreks office to make sure I could use afrin nasal spray- she said its fine. While I had her in the phone I asked if my nose could be extra swollen befcause of a sinus infection and she said " absolutely". So I'm waiting and watching to see some improvement in the swelling. Here are some pics from 3 days ago and today. I look like sh*t.

thanks.... was it the profile view that dr. pastorek mainly focused on? I see that you mentioned that he not touch the bump? Did you have de-projection and tip lift only?
How is the swelling now? I think you are about 20 days post....

He did it all really. Narrowed up top, shaved hump a bit, refined the tip, and shaved the septum. Swelling is getting better. I swear I have been sick for 10 days now and never feel like taking pics. Or when I remember to its now that I'm in bed about to go to sleep

Also- his main concern seemed to be with how droopy my tip was. I always hated how wide and amorphous my front looked...

He shaved the bump, but left a little hint of it?
I am eager to see how ur results are post swelling. I was concerned about using him, but more and more my gut tells me to use him because i want very conservative results. I am looking for s nose that looks a little un done , and if thats my ask, i think he can achieve it...
