The older I get the flatter my butt become. At 120 lbs I have no fat for bbl. After much consideration I decided to have Dr senderoff perform the surgery because I live in NJ and I wanted to be close to my surgeon to avoid any complications associated with flying and also to be close enough just in case complication occur and it's also important for him to perform my post - op care

Having unilateral pain in left gluteal as the implant started to move down. Right side is still a bit higher but progress is been made

My incision is healing great, I take nothing for fast recovery, I just stayed off my feet

So as I mentioned before the right implant was a bit higher than the left and was also swollen. 7 days post-op the doc aspirated about 50 ml fluid that has accumulated around the right implant and he did a culture and place me on antibiotic. Today the he aspirate about 250 ml and the culture reveal skin flora present. He placed me on another 10 days antibiotic and will continue to aspirate the fluid. Hopefully this will resolve the problem or I'm gonna have to remove the implant. Praying that won't be necessary
