Dr. Giese's performed an phenomenal breast augmentation and implant surgery that left me looking 15 years younger in terms of physique. I don't even need to wear a bra any longer and have almost no visible scarring. It was a complicated procedure and she performed it perfectly. It is also not obvious that I have had implants or a lift of any sort. Prior to the procedure I was embarrassed about the shrinking and sagging of my breasts due to aging and weight loss.
