Wow. What great results! They sit so well. They weren’t even that high immediately post op. They def have a natural look to them bc they are perfect for your body frame! How is the movement of your implant/breast this far along post op.

They took a while to feel less firm. They weren't rocks from the beginning but they are absolutely much softer now.

Good to know. I was never considering anatomical shaped implants. I’ve only been considering round high profile but I am loving your results. I would like to go up to about 415-425cc. Also, I’m 24/5’4/115lbs and no kids. So I want implants that’ll age well with me in the future.

Haha go for bigger. I was super anxious about getting bigger but I know post children at some point in life when I need to get them redone- I'll do more.
April 17, 2020
Ha! That’s what I’ve come across with a lot of profiles on RS is to go bigger than what you originally plan on doing. What do you plan on doing post Coronavirus?

Nothing else major. I have an appointment for juvaderm and Botox in May. We will see if it get cancelled! Are you able to schedule your surgery right now?
April 17, 2020
Fun! Make sure to post your pre/post results from the juvaderm and Botox. To answer your question...Some practices are offering that option but I wouldn’t want to do that unless I’m able to go to the practice, see the office, and hold the actual size/type implant that I want. The online consults have been good but don’t replace the face to face visits.

4 year Update!

Hi yall. It’s been 4 years since my procedure and I still cannot be happier with the results. My breasts look incredibly natural and just perfect. I remember the hours i spent on real self trying to decide exactly what I wanted- I kept going back between round and anatomical. In one of my consults I remember Dr. V saying “Picture yourself in the south of France on a nude beach. Someone sees you in the distance. Do you want them to think “wow her boob job looks great! Or wow that woman’s breasts are naturally perfect”
That insight sold me on getting anatomical. I’ve had close friends SHOCKED when I tell them my boobs are fake. People just assume they are perfect. ;)
I also think because I had so little breast tissue before and I’m pretty muscular - anatomicals were the best fit for me!
Thanks Dr V!
Ps Im back on real self looking at other things I want to do post quarantine. Feel free to ask questions. I’d love to help. This place helped me so much when I was first starting my journey.

Hi! Just came across your profile. I’m torn between the natural look or a good high profile. All my physical consults got put on hold. So I’m just doing digital consults. Your results look great from the pics. Do you have any pre op pics you can share. Also, how is your incision scar 4 years post op?

Ya! I'll grab some before photos. I was an 32A (thin, not much breast tissue) and a 32D. I can still see my scars. They are light but I didn't do a great job using scar treatments post BA. personally- if you have more breast tissue then high profile or round implants might still have a natural look. For me- they would look like softballs beneath my skin which I did not want!

Thanks for the info. I’m not working with much so I’m thinking of a periareolar incision. I’ll see what the PS says. I’m also ok with a small scar (it is a surgery after all). How do they sit on your body without support?

I'll add photos soon of pre and immediately post. My scar is in my breast fold below the implant. I never notice it. You can see it if you are looking for it when I have underboob in a bikini. My nipples became much more sensitive after my BA which I honestly enjoy. I would ask your doc about feeling and incision locations. Right after my BA I lost feeling around the incision and it's only recently kinda come back.

Thanks for the tip! Looking forward to see your updated pics.

My nipples are already pretty sensitive. Don’t think they need any more stimulation. Lol. Were there changes in your areola after the BA? I’m hoping mine get that nice round stretched circular look (if that makes sense)

Appreciate the help you’re providing!!

Hmmm, I don't really notice a difference in my areolas after my BA. I feel like they stayed close to the same maybe a little stretched as the skin stretched but not a very noticeable to me difference. Hope this helps!
