I really wanted to get a nice ass and a skinny waist line and flat stomach I'm swollen it's been 4 days & I'm in so much pain , everyone loves my body but am a little depressed because my ass looks enormous hopefully is because of the swell .. Everyone loved Dr Daniel del velcchio work .. In a few weeks I will see my final results

I believe it's the swelling. Some fat will be reabsorbed so don't worry.
Hi Doll! Yeap, swelling does exaggerate the BBL in the healing phase. Be patient, it will be beautiful and you will be happy and do a happy double-take when you pass by the mirror. The hard part is over, smooth recovery and wonderful results are in my wishes for you! (((Hugs!)))

Are you taking pain meds as well as Bromelain micro size pills and following through with a daily massage? Don't forget to apply Arnica (gel or cream) to help subside the swelling and minimize bruising. At that time with that type of discomfort; having my faja really snug with pads lining it or the epi foam made all much better. Wishing you a smoother healing. (((Hugs!)))
Hope you are feeling better..the pain is BAD. I don't think anyone can anticipate how bad it actually is nor can you be ready for the stiffness. I had a very hard time but you are having your body remade pretty much....
I have not had any issues with Dr. D nor his staff apart from lack of communication. He got too busy too fast and he needs more staff or better trained staff.
I am 6 weeks post op and have lost about an inch, my hips were 47 inches now they are 46. My butt is a lot softer, my hips are no longer tight. My torso is still very sore and feels like an extremely bad sunburn! I know that takes the longest to heal though...

You will def loose a lil volume. Its the swelling that makes it look big! Just give it a few more days
