Smartlipo Performed 2/08-SlimLipo Performed 2/11 - Jefferson Valley, NY

Sorry for not getting back to everyone earlier. Let me give you a little update. As I have stated I had gotten SmartLipo MPX back in Feb 08. I had just my lower abdomen done at first (3,500) from a plastc surgeon in NYC. A week later I saw absolutley no results so being young and stupid I went to the same doctor and got my flanks and upper abdomen did(3,000). All together I was out 6,500 dollars and to be completley honest I saw no definition. It really didn't even look like I had anything done. I was 5'8 and 140 pounds at the time so I don't think I was that over weight.

Skip ahead 3 years and I have started going to the the gym almost 5 days a week and have gained considerable muscle mass but I just cant get rid of my stomach area not matter how hard I try. During the last month I got in touch with a plastic surgeon closer to where I live in upstate NY Jefferson Valley to be exact and I asked her if I was a candidate for a mini tummy tuck since lipo seemed to not work on me.

This doctor had no financial insentive to turn me down for a mini tummy tuck but she explained that if I ever would want to have kids in the future than this would ruin the work that had been performed. She explained that she had a new machine if I wanted to try out called SlimLipo. She didn't pressure me and even explained it would give me a "perfect" stomach because I had loose skin.

When I had the SmartLipo done back in 08 it was virtually painless and only took maybe an hour. The doctor also stitched up my 4 incisions which again at the time I thought was great. I had SlimLipo performed today with the new doctor and let me just tell you it was extremley painfull and took almost three hours. She did my upper abdomen,flanks, and lower abdomen. She also doesn't believe in closing the incisions so that most of the fluid can leak out and their is def less swelling. I have to admit it def was a mess but worth it. She took three times longer and was def more aggressive but it is amazing that I actually have less swelling than I did back in 08. I have my before pictures and I will take my post op pics tomorrow when I take off the gauze. I 100% recommend her. She is the best hands down and is VERY reasonable in pricing. I will be happy to give any one her reference!
