Sooooo I think I have just about been through the ups and downs about this big mistake that I made. I had no idea that wanting a bigger butt would have costed me a lifetime of pain to get rid of this poison out of my body. I have spent months after months almost a year now trying to find someone to remove this poison. I have contacted RIOS, PIAZ and a few others but I do not want to travel out of the country. I contacted Dr. Gallerani he wants 20k upfront :-( he does not accept insurance.... Visited Dr Tanovic a few days ago OMG she is a sweetheart but I am wondering if she has been doing it long enough for me to have results that I will like, also visited with Dr Mir jeez he is very arrogant but seems ver knowledgeable I AM SO CONFUSED.... Ofcourse health is first priority but I do not want to look like a monster after and no one will reconstruct if they did not actually remove the silicone.... This is such a catch 20! Can anyone that is not looking for special treatment or favoritism/kick backs please give me their honest review on who will be not only the best doctor to remove but has the experience to fix me after ...

How long are you waiting to heal before you attempt reconstruction? I have scars that go through my butt cheeks and I am scared that they won’t allow my skin to stretch. I have huge divots that need to be filled in. I don’t see many women that have scars there. They usually have them above the butt cheeks. I can’t wait to get reconstruction. I am thinking about going to Dr. Calva or Dr. Velilla in Miami, but I am waiting to heal. I can’t go out of the country but if I could, I would go to Dr. Diaz in a heartbeat. I look forward to following your journey. Thanks for posting.

5 months tops lol. I did think about Calva but I want a more aggressive strategy. And just so you know I was having a hard time getting a doctor to do a bbl because of the location of my scars. So hideous !

Calva is not aggresive enough? He is good at getting projection. What is Diaz going to do that is more aggressive? I can’t stand living with my deformity also. I can’t wait to get fixed!

You know America has a limit to the fat that can be removed. And I want it gone!
November 20, 2017
Remember your tissue needs to be soft, I'm at 4 months p/o and I am stiff towards the top. In order for the fat to survive we need to be fully healed. 5 months might be too soon. There's a girl who did it too fast, the fat died and she developed a seroma. I think even Diaz says you need to wait at minimum 6 months.
Just be careful girls, we want our fat to survive.
I still do not know who I am going with for my BBL. In FL the limits for fat removal are higher than most states in the US.
Good luck ladies :)

How do you know when you are fully healed? Is waiting a year long enough to be fully healed?
November 20, 2017
Yes that is somewhat correct in most people cases. My scars are not in a good place so because of that I cannot just do a bbl I actually have to also have implants and Díaz recommends 3-6 months. My situation maybe different from yours. But my case is severe especially because of the placement of the scars.

So the fat will not survive underneath the scars? That is why you have to get implants?
November 20, 2017
Part of the problem is the placement of the scars it will leave that area dented and so they have to add implants in mines Ughhhhhh
November 20, 2017
Oh no! I can’t have butt implants! I was told that fat will survive if they also do scar release. I don’t want to go through a fat transfer and be disappointed. I did see someone that claimed they were successful but then they disappeared so I can’t see long term results. I hate my body!
November 20, 2017
That should be wayyyyy long enough. Lol girl I am going at 5&1/2 months
November 20, 2017
Well it is a really large dead space because it was huge and now it's empty and because of the scars being in the middle of my butt the far is so soft that where the scars are it will indent so he has to use implants to help form that area.
November 20, 2017
Well I have given up on that idea of not wanting butt implants. Most of the doctors I contacted all said the same thing to get the desired results yup I need implants with fat transfer to help conceal the implants and make it look natural. But that my future. I hope yours is more bright than mines :-). But I'm content with it I have heard it from so many doctors I have just accepted it now. I want the best results !
November 20, 2017
I was told by 2 doctors to not do butt implants because of the complications. One doctor told me the scars wouldn’t make a difference with fat transfer, the other told me they would, but he would attempt scar release. Both of those doctors don’t have much experience with fat transfer so I am looking for other doctors that do have experience.
November 20, 2017
So I have contacted @ 9 doctors the ones that were just way out of my price range crossing them out I narrowed it down to @4. All of the four said I would need implants to ensure the shape and fullness I desired. Thing is I do not want to waste money and time so doing a bbl and then it either doesn't last or the shape is weird because of the scars I can't risky money.

Hey hun, hope you are feeling better. I've seen Dr T scar, just wondering why she opened you like that (triangle shape)? Did she need to remove skin?
Good luck with your healing process :)
September 13, 2017
Hi there it looks like a triangle in that picture I guess while I was still inbetween surgeries but I ended up with just a straight line no triangular shape cuts and the reason my cut was in the middle of my butt was because that's where the dead skin was so no she does not remove the good skin Thank you it's been a journey but well worth it !!!

If you don’t mind me asking how much does she charge and does she take insurance .. I’ve just recently started having symptoms and i want to try and get a head start on getting the small patch that is starting to discolor out now I’m really scared amd i wish i didn’t make this terrible choice
October 22, 2017
When did you start having problems? What were your symptoms?
October 23, 2017
About 5 years ago. To many symptoms to name. Discoloration, hardening, pain just to name a few
