Went for upper and lower blepharoplasty as well as jowls lift. My upper lids were significantly hooded, under eye bags and jowls which needed some tightening. It has taken me 1 1/2 years to finally write a review. The poor surgical outcome was obvious after the first month, however Dr.Gupta kept assuring me to be patient and that she was very happy with the results. She did numerous laser resurfacing procedures in order to even out the seams, however here are my results:
1.upper lids excess skin- Dr.Gupta said that I should have a forehead fillers put in
2.left lower lid bag and right lower lid was retracted and the under eye space is hollow. Dr.Gupta recommended fillers to even out both sides (what was the point of doing lower blepharoplasty?)
3.jowls remained the same except for the scars behind the ears- Dr.Gupta recommended making submandibular incisions to tighten the jowls)
When I voiced my displeasure, Dr.Gupta right away responded that she will not be giving me a refund. There was no mention of a refund, I only wanted to fix what surgery should have fixed in the first place.
Now I have two options either commit to lifetime of fillers or go for a revision surgery. Neither one of those seems appealing!
I am so sorry that I had picked Dr.Gupta to perform my surgery. I am reminded of that fact every morning when I look in the mirror!

So sorry to hear about your painful outcome. I had a Bleph a year ago. Not fun. Big decision. Go get another FREE opinion somewhere else. Filler in the forehead is a terrible idea. Research "Revisional" Plastic surgeons. Those that are experienced with fixing bad outcomes can help.

I do not know this patient I'm just someone looking at having eyelid surgery. But I have to say this patient did not get good results. You can see her eyes are now uneven & she still has under eye bags. Her hooded upper eyelids may be different but I would not say better. I hope dhe can find some help.

I have to agree with the poster below. I had upper and lower done and it did not look like this. One can understand keeping eye asymmetry for natural results. I do see an improvement on the hoods. However, way too much was taken out of the lower, if the patient now has to have fillers for the rest of their life. Let's face it..If a patient wanted a 100% natural look, they would not spend the thousands of dollars to get eyelid surgery. Sometimes I feel that doctors use this "100% natural" to get out of the fact that they did not do a great job.

Its kind of hard to see clearly in the pic but it honestly looks good to me.your eye lids are not as droopy.

Most plastic surgeons strive to make their patients look younger and refreshed. Dr.Gupta achieved opposite results for me. She made me look 10-15 years older.

Sorry, but you do look older. I too looked better before going to her! Found out she is not a Board Certified plastic surgeon, She is a Board Certified eye doctor practicing plastic surgery because, in my opinion, it is more lucrative.

What did you do with her? I am considering her for festoon/malar bag surgery because she's literally like one of only two doctors I have found who successfully deals with it.
I'm sorry you had a negative experience. Do you have any pictures you are willing to share so we can see what you are talking about? I hope you find support in our community.
