Hi Gomar, I am truly sorry that you are going through this trust me I know I had some work done by her as well and there is not a day that goes by that I don't regret it. She did the exact same thing to me kept reassuring me that it would get better but deep down I knew I had made the biggest mistake choosing her and my hollowed upper lids and lower eyelid retraction will not be better without some type of revision. Ms. Gupta's MO on all the review boards of patients who have complained about her is to, in a passive-aggressive way place the blame on the patient by stating comments such as "unrealistic expectations" and other condensing comments. Meanwhile we are the one's who have to live with the lower retracted eyes, hollowed upper eyelids and ectropion of the eyes. I've been to 4 plastic surgeons since and all said my complications are because she removed too much skin. She needs to get off the message boards ,going back and forth with patients on Realself, make me heal etc who are because of her back-dated surgery methods are having serious eye complications and cosmetic regrets. Instead Ms. Gupta needs to work on updating her skills as a surgeon and find out why: you can't use laser on all skin types and find out which of your potential patients are more prone to complications and either advise them accordingly or use preventative measures to prevent these complications during the surgical procedures. Hi, I had an overly aggressive surgery, and I've been looking on this site for options. I've seen a lot of fat grafting to the lower lids that have come out really nice. You might want to look into that w/an experienced doctor. Sorry you are going through this. I know how hurtful it can be when you are going in for surgery for improvement, and you end up more disappointed.

I went for lower eye lid surgery she talked me into have the upper"s done at the same time Total cost $6,500. Totally dissatisfied with the results. Still, have "bags" under the eyes along with additional unwanted issues. Met with her to discuss results, she said she would address the problem at no cost to me. I replied given the results of the first procedure I would not be interested in a revision surgery performed by her and would seek out another surgeon to fix the issues she had caused. I asked for a partial refund to help cover the cost....still waiting! Don't be misled like I was by her before and after "Gallery". I believe it to be suspect. I also believe many of the stellar reviews posted are fraudulent. When I was in the waiting room to discuss the results of my surgery, there were 2 others waiting who were equally dissatisfied. In my opinion, she's all about the money with zero integrity! My opinion.
