I am so happy you are looking a lot better. ..I can't wait to see some pictures after 3 months and even 6 after the swelling goes down...wear your garment..and get some massage. ..I gave up after a while and I wish I kept doing it. .buy a hand massage at some of the local stores that comes with some attached different things.. $30 dollars and use it every day it has some soft settings and hard ones too....I wish I got that when I had my surgery...Instead that other stupid thing I spend the money with not results....best of luck and wishes and is looking really good....I can't wait to have my fix...

Ooops ...I didn't see that you couldn't wear a garment. ...I didn't wanted to give you the wrong advice. ....sorry ask your doctor about the massage. ...I don't know if it's OK with fat grafting..

Three weeks post. I am still swollen and very sore. Because I had fat grafting done, I was not allowed to wear the girdle and so the healing process is very slow:(

I have some swelling left and some pain (mostly, towards the end of the day). This is 13 days after the surgery.
