Fighting Melasma and it’s Working!

Just thought I’d post an update... my face is still clear after antibiotics and my rosacea acne and redness has not returned. I have not taken my doxycyline pill I have for rosacea in over a week. Still using nucelle serum every night. My melasma has calmed down as well. I believe everything starts in our gut and have read that rosacea is caused by small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. Here are some pictures with zero makeup. My face is swollen after dental surgery and I’m tired lol.

I am currently on clindimycin (300 mg for each pill) after having dental surgery this week and was in some pain. The only saving grace was I couldn’t believe how clear my face was. I guess it destroyed all the good and bad bacteria in my stomach and now on probiotics as well. I’m going to talk to my doctor about clindimycin 1% gel for the mild redness I still get from time to time. I am currently on 40 mg doxycycline ( apprilon or orracea as they call in the U.S.) and it’s not really an antibiotic but more of an anti inflammatory. Clindimycin is a powerful antibiotic and is also known to help with acne. If I don’t dont take my doxycycline at least every third day, red acne like bumps come back and the mandelic acid also keeps it away. I will post a picture and amazed at how clear my face is! It’s always clear after doing the regimen I’ve posted here but this is one step further. I can’t believe it. My stomach is paying the price right now but have to take it since I had a cracked tooth extracted and this clindimycin is the shits! Literally! Its gross how it does a number on your stomach and lost 7 lbs in 5 days because I can’t keep anything down but I’m going to ask about the 1% gel form. At least my skin is looking good through all this pain lol.

I found an old picture the other day from when I was 24 years old and was able to compare. The mandelic acid serum really does brig your skin back to a more youthful texture. My pores are non existent, blackheads, acne, those under the skin acne bumps are gone. It’s shiny and glowing. I’ve been able to go out only wearing B.B. cream now when I don’t want to wear full makeup. I’ve also had friends order this product and right away they’ve noticed the difference.
