Very tender, dr wont let me have lymphatic drainage massages yet, says i need to wait 2 weeks! Really want to break down this hard spots and reduce stiffness. From my research(ladies I've been following) LDM really help ease tight knots. Did a wuite a bit of walking today. I'm ready to go home now, 3 more nights is too long. Miss my babies xx
