had a breast lift and implants - 295 left boob, 345 right boob. I am 6 weeks post op and the upper pole swelling is very high, it looks ugly when side on, im scared the implants will not drop and it will stay this way. my right breast is more swollen with upper fullness, I don't know if I need revision or if it will take a few months, my surgeon is not helpful

Is your picture taken at 6 weeks post op? I can see that one implant has still not dropped but sometimes they do drop at separate rates and times. Did your doctor say "when" he might thinks it will drop or did he suggest anything to help it drop? Keep us posted!

Yes this photo is 6 weeks post op. Im getting a little worried as progress has not changed, my surgeon keeps saying it will drop in time. The left implant dropped almost 2 weeks ago. Is there anything i can do to help the right implant drop

The only advice I can really provide is to stay in touch with your doctor. Each doctor has their own post op recovery instructions and your doctor knows you best. Hoping you can find a way to communicate with him. Some women find it helpful to take weekly pictures so they can see the progress. This might simply be that one implant is taking longer to drop than the other, which is quite common. Keep us posted!!

No is not common to be in that position. Mine did not drop at all. I have tried all compressions recommended to no avail. It's been a year still and mine sitting up high and I am considering revision/ lift Doctor tells you what you need to hear sometimes. I hope in your case it's different to mine. Thinking of you and wish you the best.

Still no change after another week . My surgeon is now getting concerned and believes i may need revision. I am booked in for am ultrasound to see if infact this is the implant or possibly fluid. Currently wearing a compression bra to help potentially drop the implant
