I’m so sorry for the problems you are experiencing. I want you to know I had concerns for you from your very first update and your decision to go with 800cc implants In conjunction with a breast lift. I’m not an M.D. but I have a feeling it was the size/weight of your implant (in conjunction with the lift) that is the culprit here. I know many PS (including my own) would not have recommended such a large implant in combination with a lift in one surgery. Doing it in two stages would have perhaps been a better option. I would also give your body plenty of time to heal and for the blood source to reestablish before re-implanting. At the very least I recommend you get a second opinion on what your options are with a board certified PS. I hope things eventually resolve for you. Good luck and wishing you the best.
I agree!!! 800cc is a lot of weight on the incisions?!! I recently had a full lift with implants exchange but only went with 400cc and was afraid it was too much weight. I know it's hard to have the patience to wait for them to heal completely but you will be happy you did, give them enough time to heal from the explanation and revision before re-implanting!!! I will be praying for a great outcome for you!!!
Sad to see that, hope you are on the way to recovery. smaller implants should be better
So sorry this happened to you! Give yourself plenty of time to completely heal before implanting again. I know I would! We are the same height, and I am a little older than you. My chest is wide @ 14.5cm. I went with 560cc moderate cohesive textured. Because my chest is wide (which is not typical), 560cc is not big. Your BWD plays a big role in implant size (though not the only factor). If I went with UHP, then my cc would have been 750. That was too much for my sagging tissue. At my age, keeping perky breasts with upper pole fullness as long as possible was the primary goal, especially since I needed a significant lift. You may want to discuss getting a lower profile implant to reduce the cc with your PS. My PS did not recommend a high profile for my age and sag. Just some food for thought. Keep us posted. I wish nothing more than a speedy recovery for you!
PS. I am not an M.D. Just passing on some info I learned going
through my own process.
I am so sorry. I will say I shared the same concerns as the others did about the implant size with the lift. it's so much weight on the skin. please let us know how you are doing. I would also strongly consider a second opinion as well. I'm in SE Michigan and love my doc. he's linked to my profile. feel free to message me as well.
Hey love!!! I’m sorry that at 5 weeks when you posted this your having such an experience. Definitely isn’t something anyone wants to have. But thankfully this can all be fixed and I’m sure your surgeon has your best interest at heart to make sure you will end up with a good result and still of course be safe. Sending you lots of love and positive vibes for your p coming surgeries. Please keep us updated on your progress.

Day 15

Sides are the worst as far as my daily pain. I have had no openings i am washing twice a day with dial soap blow drying with cool air and wearing a sport bra all the time, minus a hour a day where I'm just allowing for air and a little relaxation from the bra. Morning boob isnt lasting as long but still have it daily or after a nap.

PO day 13

Pain is much better tighter compression bra helps me feel more secure. This one is by under armour. Healing is going as expected, washing twice a day w dial white antibacterial soap then drying and reapplying sports, or surgical bra. As of right now i feel best when in a supporr bra of some kind. Only 1 muscle relaxer today and no pain pills I am hoping this is the start of the mending upswing.
