Explant, mastopexy smaller impant vs fat injection.
I had my breast augmentation 3 years ago and was never happy with the size of the implants, I have always felt as if they were to large. I began the journey again of my options. Revision with a lift and smaller implants vs explant, liposuction of flanks, abdomen, back with fat injections to breast. The research on this procedure has been very positive. The reviews that I have read on this site have also been very positive on the fat transfer. Going to make a decision soon.
Breast Soreness at 4 weeks ???
Is anybody else out there still experiencing breast soreness, fullness, feel like they are just going to explode at times. I just began the massaging which seemed to help with night pains. I am just surprised that I am having this much soreness this far after.

Dr. Ali was my first and ended up as my only consultation. He had very good reviews and I immediately felt comfortable with his staff and him during our consultation. During my preop appointment he addressed and answered all of my concerns. I just had my 1 week post op appointment and again he addressed all of my concerns. I still have a lot of post op swelling but am very pleased with the results of my mommy makeover.
