It been 1.5 years since the surgery and i feel great. I'm toning so it's improving the pecs and the rest of my muscle. That would be something I say is extremely important to improve your results, workout!

So it's almost been one year which had gone by so fast. I've experienced stress after surgery due to fears that everything was going to be horrible. 3 weeks after surgery I started losing my nipple ok well the pigmentation I was so freaked out and my doctor was like "it's normal, it's ok." I'm looking all over the internet and doctors on here talking about it might not come back... I was freaked! And no one had pics when their pigmentation returned. Well after about 4-8 weeks after losing my pigmentation it was back. My next concern was contouring when I first removed bandages my chest looked deflated (always have to complain) and I was thinking to myself I made a huge mistake not to mention hematoma it was horrible and my doctor was thousands of miles away. Well I called him, he set up something with a local doc... Well after all this I had concerns because my left chest appeared to be "sunk" in. Fast foward almost a year post op, 80 weight changes and this was the best decision I made. Chest looks great and with continued training it's only getting better. Glad I got Lipo of the flanks but I truly believe my workouts in the gym would've and are doing me more justice. Hope this help

In the last part, are you saying the workouts would have gotten rid of your flanks just as good as the surgery?
