PDO Thread Showing

I had gotten Nova PDO thread lift that was recommended by Kaplan to lift the marionette line that is prominent on the right side. He put in 2 barb threads on both sides of my cheeks. The thread that was put in the right side from the marionette line up towards the cheek is visible and sticking out of the bottom of the marionette line like a hard ball and the thread also didn’t lift. I had noticed this the night of placement but had been told due to lidocaine the marionette line will be swollen and not to be alarmed. I am now stuck with this “ball” thread sticking out as well as the marionette line I paid to get corrected and Money loss. There is also a suture thread entangled in my hair from where the thread was inserted. No follow up visit was offered after placement. I reached out to the office with a video on 7/17 to show how the thread was protruding and again was told it was swelling and to come to the office in 4 weeks. I do not trust the doctor or his recommendations after this.
