I've seen lots of people on this site asking the doctors what size would be best for them etc etc. One thing I learnt from my experience is one size does not fit all. It all depends on your chest width. I wanted natural looking breasts. I breast feed my 3 kids and wanted my volume back. Prior to my breast augmentation I was a 34 a, I had nothing left, now I'm a 34 C...My Surgeon had suggested 200 to 225 cc. I tried the rice sizers and found that those suggests were good but not great. I decided on 275 cc, moderate plus gel, under the muscle. It was the max amount I could go because of my chest width. I'm athletic, and work as a police officer so I knew that I couldn't have "in your face" implants that would cause problems under a bullet proof vest. I'm so happy with my results! I no longer have to wear padded bras, really don't even need to wear a bra, fill out clothes and bathing suits perfectly. I'm 37 years old and have perky breasts again. So in closing my advise for you girls looking for the "perfect wish boobs" talk to your surgeon and tell him/her what your ultimate goal is. There are so many factors to consider and getting implants later in life was my best decision, not in my early 20's (I would have picked the [RS bleep] star look!)

VS is now my favorite store too! I have not been in the store for 15years bec it was too depressing not fitting into anything. :-) Please keep us updated and keep posting pictures. Whenever I get sad about my size, I'll just look at your profile and read your happy post to lift me up too! ;-) Thank you!

Thanks! Just think when you're much older, you'll still be perky and not saggy! ;)

Wow! You had kids from that body?! You look like a supermodel! May I ask how old your kids are, as mine are 3 and 4, and I'm worried about recovery (I'm probably getting a lift too, though). Also trying to work out whether I will need to employ a nanny for a month or something. I'm trying to get as much advice on likely impact to the kids from a variety of people, thanks

Thanks!! At the time of my surgery my kids were 2, 6 and 8. It was hard with the 2 year old but I was lucky he was out of a crib and could climb into bed himself. There was one time he was taking a tantrum and I had to pick him up. I thought I heard a rip and it scared the crap out of me! Luckily it wasn't anything! Honestly the recovery went really well! I was up moving around after a few days. You'll be fine!

Also if I were you I'd have help for the first week if you can. My hubby took a week off to help me, it's hard getting in and out if bed..

Hi, JoJo7, and Kwelly! I hope you don't mind me inserting my comments here. I had my BA a month ago. I have two kids older than yours, JoJo7. During my surgery day, my husband took the day off to take me to take care of me, but I also have my housekeeper come for two days to take cake of my kids and keep the house clean. It was important to me not to disrupt my kids activities, so the housekeeper was able to drive my kids. It was also important to me not to appear too needy to my husband. The housekeeper came in very handy for when I needed an extra hand. Also, I was stress free because the house was clean! You will definitely need that extra help to keep the kids occupied, at least for two days. I was also not able to drive for a week, so you may need to plan for that too. You may want the nanny to take the kids out to the park for when you want peace and quiet. I'll stop now. Sorry for my long ramble!

I completely forgot about the no driving! You are so right about needing the help. My hubby did mostly everything for me that first week so having help is a good thing!! :)

You look amazing! I'm going in for surgery in 12 hours and I'm still debating between 300cc and 275cc silicone under the muscle. I am 5'5" and weigh 137, I'm 51 bit still have spring to my small chest. I'm active. Currently 36aa. When I was breast feeding ii probably went up to a 36B/C. My ribcage is wide. I *really* want a natural look - don't want to be too hefty up top. In looking at your pictures, I'm thinking I should go with 275 too. A different PS told me that 300 was the max I could do for my frame. The PS that I'm using has a ton of experience but doesn't seem to have any of those constraints. I'm trying to apply what the first PS said while benefitting from my PS's surgical experience. Any thoughts? Thanks!!!

Here's my 2 cents..if you are wondering between the 275 and 300, go for the 300..I was between 250 and 275 and my max was 275. You'll be super happy I'm sure! Best of luck with your new girls! :)

Thank you Surgery just 6.5 hours away ... I'm going to talk to my doctor then and get his opinion. They will have both on hand. I just don't want to go to a D cup.

If you like the look of 275 sizers remember you'll lose 25cc under the muscle (if you are going that route) so by going to 300 you get the look. Best of luck!! Can't wait to hear how you make out! :)

Wow you look great!! I got 280cc & 310cc and suffer from boob greed from time to time even though a smaller size is what I had originally wanted. I like seeing people with smaller implants loving their boobies, it rubs off on me and makes me love my smaller size too! You look amazing and congrats!!

Thanks so much! I'm quite active so really I wanted to go with a size that would look great in shirts and active wear. I think they suit my frame. I hear you about the bigger size but then I said and think what they would look on me....[RS bleep] star... Ummm fun but not me! ;)
