6 weeks post op
Feeling a little disheartened as my 6 week post op pic seems to show that the sag on the right side of my back is starting to come back. I have started exercising again and dieting and have lost 5lb in the last few weeks so surely this should improve my results??? I have stuck to my post op instructions completely and am still wearing the support garment throughout the day.
3 weeks post op
Hi everyone. Just wanted to give you a bit of an update. Im now 3 weeks post op and am feeling much better. Im by no means back to normal especially wearing my support garment, foam and 2 belts in the hot weather! But feeling much more positive. I had my before pic sent to me today for my surgeon as I did not take one myself and honestly didnt realise just how bad I looked beforehand. So I thought I would share my updated and my before pic with you.
