3 Months on and feeling good

Well I am now just short of 3 months since my procedure and have finally stopped wearing my compression garment today, I am working hard in the gym and loving the transformation my whole upper body has undergone, Abs are looking fantastic and the definition in my arms is superb, I am glad to get the compression & foam off as it leaves a small line on my lower abs when taken off, this disappears within a few hours though, It is taking a little getting used to undressing in the gym as I have taken my compression & foam off before going each time this week and cant help being conscious of other lads glancing at me, I will no doubt get used to it and know nothing is meant by the looks other than I now have the look they are trying to achieve, To sum up 3 month on I am very happy with my physique and pleased I went through with the procedure.

6 weeks post op
Well today I am now 6 week post 1st op so was able to hit the gym for the first time since my procedure, Still wearing my compression vest and foam as instructed I weighed in at 13st 9lb showing a 3lb weight loss since my procedure,
My workout went very well doing 30 mins cardio followed by working my chest and shoulders with weights, My abs feel nicely tightened (as usual after my workout) but my arms looked very good with the V-cut becoming more prominent in just one workout,
Protein and rest now to recover between gym sessions, I will post some pics in a few weeks as I progress.

Did you get ab etching and flanks done at the same time ? Your pics state 4 weeks abs post and flanks 2 weeks post. In 2 months I'm having ab etching , pecs , lipo and hope it looks as great as yours. My coolsculpt was not worth it. Metal for me!
Hi, No not at same time, I had upper & lower abs done on 1st op, and then flanks/back and arms done 2 weeks after on a 2nd op,

Very interesting. In Dec I am having ab etching. flanks, back and chest rolls as well as gyne/pec etching/lipo/removal of glandular tissue all at once. One shot under 6 hours of surgery so maybe 4-5 hours under general.
Hi Steal,I'm having my upper and lower abdo done in 10 days time,any advice in regard to preparations and what sort and brand of compression garment worked so well for you???

Update - Pictures of my arms 2 weeks post op, you can see the V shape created although the pics don't do any justice as they look a lot better in the flesh, also been 5 weeks since I last trained so muscle definition has reduced over this time, Creases on my body are from the compression garment and foam.

Very natural once again. Excellent work. Just curious why doc didn't do side pec lipo as it would have made an excellent job 110%! I say this only as my doc in dec wants to give me total balance from groin up to neck. I thought maybe I would skip chest like you did but another part tells me think long term and prevent my moobs.

Dr bassi's attention to detail and post op instructions are second to none. When I met steal for the first time I was impressed at how much information he was given about his post op care requirements

What is the difference between this and smart-lipo?
Hi, Vaser uses ultrasound to break down fat cells and I think smart lipo uses lasers, All info I read lead me towards vaser so I researched it more, I'm not to clued up on other types of lipo, google it and you will find loads of info,
