Just A Comparison

Almost Go Time!

So I haven't been on here since January. Sorry! I've been struggling. A lot. I hate winter. It keeps me indoors. So I don't exercise very well. And I eat. Not only more - but bad for me things! It's all over just a bad time. But I am down to 176. :) And now it's getting warmer. I can't wait to be able to go out on the trails and just hike!! I have a game now on my X Box - Fitness Evolved - and it lets me do so many classes and just everything. It's great! I'm trying to get into yoga - but it's harder than I though lol. Here's to being outdoors this whole spring/summer and getting to my goal of 115 by my birthday - November 30th!

Things That Make You Go Hmmm

So I don't understand it. I was getting off track. Eating a lot of sweets. Having a lot of days of taking in over 1500 calories. So I decided to get back on track. And I did. Stayed within my calorie range - exercised - I was good. And it worked. Kind of. I lost .2 lbs the first day and .4 lbs the second day. I was okay with this. Slowly but surely wins the race. But yesterday I had one of my better days. Stayed under my 1100 calorie goal and exercised throughout the day. Woke up this morning. And gained .8 lbs. WHAT?!?! How does that happen? I don't understand it - and it almost made me throw it all out and just do whatever again. But I'm not. I'm going to stick to the plan. Eat well. Exercise. And see what it says tomorrow. Then the day after that. And then the day after that. And if it doesn't work - I'll talk to my doctor. Because one thing I DO know - the eating whatever? Doesn't work. That's what got me up to 330 lbs to begin with. And I'm not going back. Ever. So let's ride this out. Maybe it was water weight?

Provider Review

Dr. Tousignant

Dr T. is awesome! He knew I was serious and hasn't been dragging his heels. Three months after my first appointment is the date of my surgery!
