The scars look like they are healing nicely, I think mine around that length as well

It's amazing how much they changed. Barely looks like the same chest! They look great.

No he did not, because my nippels did point forward (and not downwards). He said my one boob would be more "sagging" that the other....and if I wanted to correct that he could (with a lift or with different implants). But I did not want to, I think it is just cute and makes them more natural that they are not to perfect. The difference is smaler now than when they where empty.
Almost a year has past, and I am in love with their look (and feel) :)
