39 years old, mom of one (16 years old). Finally tok the courage to get my breasts done!
450cc round Natrelle under muscle.
Why on earth did I wait for so long :P
Heres what used to be ;)
And what I got.
Just looove them <3
Wanted a "natural look" which wouldn't come in conflict with my active lifestyle.
My operation went smooth and I had no pain (didn't even take one painkiller) just a slight discomfort.
Back to normal work after 10 days.
Light weight training after 14 days.
Started crossfit/rowing/running nice and slow from 30days post op. Was back at full speed at 6-7 weeks post op.

They are looking beautiful! Gives me hope for my deflated before's. I'm one day post op and they are very high and tight. I got 492 allergen. Mod + are yours hp? And what size bra are you in now?

PS! The looks will get better for every day.
The first week or so they looked awful haha, but after a month they started to get a really nice shape ;)

It's amazing how much they changed. Barely looks like the same chest! They look great.

The scars look like they are healing nicely, I think mine around that length as well
Amazing before and after pictures. Thank you for sharing all these helpful details. Love your results...congratulations! Good for you for gradually getting back into a fitness regime too. How did your family and friends react to your new look?

My friends and family (the ones who knows) has all been supportive.
I have not held it a secrete.....but not announcing it either lol
With clots on it is not so visible I think ;)
Thanks for your response! Hope you had a nice vacation! It's nice to hear that those who knew about your surgery were supportive. It sounds like you can dress them up or down, depending upon the occasion. How fun!
