Doctor Grinsall was extremely professional in his care, from my initial consultation to the minor corrective procedure of smoothing out some pleats that bookended my scar. I didn't need to email him for anything but if I had questions regarding appointments, I always could ring his staff and get the support/advice I needed. The surgery is professionally run, courteous and friendly staff support the whole process.
