It's been 13 days since my surgery. I feel great, im pretty much back to my normal self.
I dont have any pains in my breasts. However when i get out of bed, i get pains in my stitches but apart from that everythings okay.
I still cant sleep on my side, just doesnt feel right yet.

Before surgery i was 32 A, i've always hated my breasts since the age of 15. I got surgery as i wanted to feel feminine and have breasts in proportion to my body size.
I decided to get 300 cc natrelle implants, high profile, under the muscle.
I didnt want to go bigger, as i wanted implants that would look natural to my frame.

Congratulations! So glad you can finally feel proportionate and feminine! You look like you're healing nicely. Did you have any help with your child the first few days of your recovery? Thank you for sharing your story on RealSelf!

Congratulations! They look great, how are you feeling? I'm not quite as slim as you but have tiny rib cage and am going for 330cc teardrop. Great to see someone else going for a similar size. Do they feel big? x

Yes they feel huge, i'm really happy i went with that size. There bigger now than what they were a few days after surgery, i just uploaded another picture, you can see the difference x

Ahh thank you, please keep us update with their progress as they settle, they look great so far. Thanku for the before photos it's so helpful! How were you straight after surgery? Also can you lift anything, my surgeon has said I can't lift for 6 weeks which I think is gonna be impossible!! x

I was so sore after surgery, my breasts felt so so heavy. Everyday it gets less sore though, after the 4th/5th day i felt way better. Yeahh i have no problem lifting anything, i just find it a bit painful reaching for things higher than me (like plates in the cupboard). Good luck with your surgery! I have a video i took of my breast implants, as i don't think the pictures show much. Ill upload it tomorrow and you can see x

Congrats, they look great! Our stats are similar, and I also got 300cc unders :)
