Im 1 day post opp I am a very small women 5ft1 6st 6 pound I wanted the round fake look and that's exactly what I got I no its early days but I'm so happy I have two gorgeous kids and they r my world but since having my children my boobs just disappeared I'm 26 and I have worked so hard to get my pre baby body back and everyone always says how I don't even look like Iv had a baby which is lovely but under neath my padded bush up bra was nothing just saggy skin I felt like a young girl trapped in an old women's body and now I just feel amazing. I was 32 b very saggy volumeless lifeless boobs it affected me everyday if effected my relationship with my husband it affected my everyday life and I just couldn't live bein trapped anymore I new I had to do something about it it was a hard journey but I made it and I'm on the other side and I feel like a new women... I had 385cc on my smaller sagger boob and I had 365cc on my bigger sagger boob and I know it's swollen atm but I messure at 32f one hour after opp I am so happy and I would advise any women that if it's something that they want for what ever reason just to go for it, it will change your life :-)

I had my ba booked for 9 of June and I wanted the fake look which my Dr was happy to do on consultation but on the sizing appointment he had a change of heart and changed my implants from 495 cc to 360 cc I was so confused as on consultation he said the 495 would be perfect for me any was I decided to cancel my appointment with him as he was so rude with me and just walked out of the room mid conversation with the biggest attitude and my ba is now booked for 26 April with Mr s khan at transform he was lovely he said the the 385 cc over the muscle high profile would give me the look I wan but I don't really see it my self:-( also I feel I would need a uplift iv had two kids and my boobs r saggy n deflated but Mr khan said I don't need one can anyone plz tell me what look I will get and will it give me upper pole fullness n will i get the fake look that I want

Browse through this site for types of implant in the size your having and also your frame size and you should find some to give you an idea. It really will be just an idea though as every ba turns out different as we are all different. Rib shapes, what the surgeon has to start with (ie your boobs) implant type, width, cc, projection etc. Did you show the surgeon a picture of what you hope to achive. He should be honest with you and be able to tell you If this is achievable. I had ultra high profile and this type of implant does give you a lift. If you have any concerns go back to him and discuss it. It will be to late on the day, see him again, ask him to confirm his thoughts on how he feels your ba will look like and get confirmation on what your hoping for he can do. Don't go along worrying, this is too important to just let the surgeon go ahead, talk to him and have your mind put at rest. I'm sure it will be fine, we all have doubts and worries before surgery, were worried about so much, I went back to my surgeon weeks before just to put my mind at rest. Xxxx
