WORTH IT$24,000
I had all the plastic surgery thinking it would solve my gaunt face.. I did feel better about myself but still had a masculine looking face..The final photo is after 10 1/2 vials of sculptra.I still get botox
And lip injections also..I want at least 1 more vial of sculptra because my temples are still a little hollow...As you can see the dramatic transformation..It was worth every penny..I hope to go 1 more time in the next couple of months to complete my treatment and hopefully maintain 1 time a year with at least 2 vials.

How long does the Sculptra last? Do you find it has staying power or does it absorb faster depending on the amount of exercise you do?

It's supposed to last at least 2 years after last injection before starting to degrade...I've been told that I should be able to maintain it and keep building on the collagen if I go 1 time a year...One surgeon told me you only lose a tsp of volume a year..I'm assuming that's at the 2 year mark...I was told my one surgeon that sculptra can last up to 5 years in some people...I will continue to update ..

Thanks. How often do you run? Do you think that can effect it degrading faster?
I do a lot of HIIT training and weights and have lost a lot of volume on my face too (44yo)

I run 6 days a week and weight train 4 days..I haven't seen any degrading yet but my last treatment was Dec. 15..I'm waiting to get an appointment for 1 more treatment in the next month or so...Then I will go qq time a year..Hopefully it will be enough..

You look beautiful! 20 years you her at least. So where on your face did they do the injections? Did it hurt and did you bruise? I have kids and don’t want them to see me look like I was run over by a truck:) thank you!

Mainly on the perimeters of my face. I will actually post a pic now to highlight the injection sites!

you look really great. I'm also very athletic and when I went to a derm to talk about fillers she looked at me and said you have very little cheek volume - did you just lose a lot of weight? no i said. You're a runner aren't you? well, i don't know what it is with us, but seeing your afters makes me think agreeing to sculptra was the right idea! i haven't done it yet but you look AMAZING and so so natural.

just curious- was it 24,000 JUST for the sculptra?! or doe sthat include the cheek implants, etc

$17,000 for all the surgery..The sculptra was $1400 just for 2 vials...Didn't get some laser done I paid for so I was given a credit towards some sculpta ...Actual would of added up to about $27,000

do any of your pictures show only the surgeries before sculptra? I am having my cheeks rebuilt, but no surgeries

Hi
The first picture is with no surgery..Nothing done...The 2nd picture with the hat on is with surgery...I had cheek implants...mini face lift...brow lift and chin implant....the rest of the pictures are all sculptra... Honestly if I did it all over again...I probably would of just done sculptra...It's more natural...More so in my case because I had no facial fat...I get like I could see the cheek implants....I think I will be able to maintain the Sculptra with 2 or 3 vials a year....
