Has anyone had a BA under local anaesthetic at the Westbourne Centre? I thought I had chosen the surgeon I was looking for but I just can't handle going under general anaesthetic- it terrifies me. Id rather be awake and aware of what's happening. Can anyone advise or help? Any reccomendations? Thanks so much in advance! X

Thanks for your advice hun :) I thought I would have to I under but I was surprised my surgeon suggested overs! I hope I don't they don't look to fake and last me a good amount of time!

I went to Mr Richards for a consultation and I thought he was great. I felt he was very knowledgeable and I trusted him completely which was hard for me because I had a bad experience with my first op with another surgeon. I was looking for somebody to correct assymetry from my first augmentation and in the end I chose Mr Tulley but only because I had already seen him twice and I had mind my mind up about him before but honestly I would have been equally happy to have Mr Richards so I think you have made a great choice. Mine are also overs which I am really happy with (they look natural and no muscle deformation while using pecs.) I probably have different measurements but just to give you an idea. I am 5,4 and I weigh just over 8 stones. I was a flat A cup and with 270 nagor implants I am now a 30 DD or sometimes 32 D. Sounds big but I think I look more like a C cup with clothes on. I could have chosen 300 but I decided that 270 was enough for me which it is. I am sure either one of those implants will look good on you but if you feel like the bigger one I would trust that Mr Richards isn't going to make you look fake. I definitely could have had a bigger implant, I can see that now. It's just that I wanted a modest look which suits me better.

Yes, I did see her as well and I know they work as a team. He probably took measurements and she helped you with sizes. But if you are going with him why not call and talk to him to over the phone about your concern or even better book a second consultation. You are paying them a lot of money for this and it's important that you feel confident when you go in for surgery. Looking at your pictures you seem to have quite a lot of breast tissue, you're certainly not flat so maybe it's ok for you to have bigger implants. Don't be shy about this, it's your body and your money and you want to get this right.

23 year old, mummy to one. Suggested implants- Nagor High Profile 390/420cc
I trust my surgeon and I think he's great but I can't believe the size I've been allowed to go too?! Don't get me wrong I'm very happy but I'm scared that my breast tissue will thinnen and I'll need another op soon after? Maybe I'm being paranoid.
I'm a 34 A and my surgeon recommended over the muscle 390cc but he would take 420ccs into theatre to see what looks best.
I'm just worried but he has had so many amazing reviews and I do trust him! I don't want them to look fake... Help pleaseeee! Any surgeons or girls who could look at my pre op pics and give advice? Thanks so much!

You and I have similar before boobies! Mine have more fullness in the lower pole which makes them look like they hang, but other than that were pretty much the same. I am getting mine done in about a week and getting silicone under the muscle, high profile, 400 or 425cc! Mine is listed under breast augmentation. Maybe keep posted and check out my results when I get my surgery and you might have an idea of what to expect!! Best of luck:)!
