Sagging Jowls, Marionettes and Nasolabial Folds Disappeared with PDO Cog Thread Lift

I turned 57 a month ago and was very concerned about my sagging Jowls, Nasolabials and Marionettes.
I was introduced to Dr. Zahra back in July and went to see her for a consultation. Dr. Zahra gave me a comprehensive free consultation with attention to my main concerns. She went through every part of the thread lift procedure and described it in details. She also showed me a lot of before/after images. She was very confident and extremely careful and considerate of my feelings and concerns. So, I booked an appointment few days later and received two Treatments of Mono threads to rejuvenate my neck. I was so happy with the results that I decided to go for an instant PDO Cog thread lift this time. 
 
The PDO thread lift procedure started with sterilization of my face with alcohol and betadine. Following that, she used both topical and injectable Lidocaine as numbing agent on my face. During the procedure, she walked me through every steps of the procedure and She was constantly making sure that I was comfortable. 
She then started inserting a few Cog Threads to lift my cheeks and eliminate my nasolabial folds. The rest of the threads were used to lift my jowls and sharpen my jawline. I have been given a mirror to look at my face in every step of the procedure to make sure that I liked the look.
It was amazing how you could actually achieve this much lift in one session in less than two hours. The procedure was relatively painless with no discomfort. 
 
After it was finished I couldn’t believe how effective the procedure was. My V Shape was completely fully restored. My Nasolabials were almost gone. Marionettes were fully recovered. My Jowls were uplifted. You can see the attached before and right after the procedure photos.  I had some swelling but no bruising with this treatment.
