Very disappointed in the cool sculpting. I know it has worked for others and I'm glad, but it was just not for me I haven't seen any changes and feel like I could have put the money towards something else.

An APRN preformed my coolsculpting procedure and she was honestly great! Totally made me feel comfortable.

yea I did a lot of research on this before I considered it and MANY surgeons and MANY people always say that two treatments are better than one, in fact, before cool sculpting became a thing the "research" on people showed that results were better after second treatment. It's really a shame if they didn't tell you this b/c the place I went to gave me a whole run down on this, they also offered a "package" deal where you pay less for two than if you got just one. If you really are not satisfied maybe give it a second go? I think you look fine, we are our worst critics

I feel like I can see improvement in your pictures. Sometimes it is hard to be objective about our own photos. Does the place you had it done do "re-treatments"? Mine does a second treatment at 4 weeks and I felt like it was helpful.

Awe thanks! And no they don't offer re-treatments they did recommend I do a second cool sculpting treatment after 3 months on my lower abdomen, but that's of course at an additional cost....and at this point i don't know if it's worth it.

So I haven't updated recently and that's sadly bcus I have not seen any changes. I look exactly the same!!! No bigger no smaller....I'm very disappointed and feel like I've wasted my money I know I still have time to see a change, but honestly don't think I will. I will try and post some pictures tomorrow! Good luck to all
