Day 43 - 9 days after top up

The scabs have fallen off and my brows are fully healed - yay!
What a journey! I'm loving the final look of my brows, and I am glad I don't have to wear any make up on them. After I was healed after my first appointment, I was having to wear a bit of eyebrow pencil and I was worried I may have to do that after my second appointment too, but that hasn't been the case.
I'm wondering if my eyebrows will change much over the coming weeks, because they say they aren't fully healed until after 4 weeks. I can see the hair strokes pretty well and I don't feel as though they have faded like they did after the first time round, so I'm wondering if I'll see any change at all? I guess we'll see!

my touch up is around the corner, im so nervous but ive trusted the process so far lol we look like twins in our2nd day pics with our sharpie brows. Seems like our brows both reacted the same with lightening and how we peeled. They look fabulous on you! Im so happy for u!

Aw thank you! Yeah this time around was nowhere near as thick/scabby as before, so hopefully yours will heal and end up like mine too! I’m rooting for ya!

Reading your posts is making me feel so much better. I got mine done yesterday and immediately hated them when she handed me the mirror. They looked so thick and now they are darker too! I really hope that they heal as beautifully as yours have! Fingers crossed!

Wow! Your process is definitely helping to put me at ease about my own process. I got mine done yesterday and they look incredibly thick and dark compared to what I used to have naturally (not much hair naturally) and I used to draw my eyebrow relatively thin. Today is day 2 and I feel hideous! In shock still to be honest. If my brows look as beautiful as yours than I should be just fine. And the shape of my brow is very similar if not the same as yours. Thank you for sharing your story!

Thank you for the commentary. Can I ask - how much more intense are your brows after the touch up? I'm now 4 weeks post the first session and am really happy with mine - but would also like them to last.

Mine were much more intense and have lasted really well! I experienced a bit of fading after the first session so was worried the same would happen after my second session, but they have healed really well and haven’t faded at all :)

Itching like crazy today! Peeling nicely though and feeling more and more excited as little clumps flake off.
I've been looking back to when I had the first treatment, and I can't believe how dark/hard they went after a couple of days. I haven't had any of that this time round, so I'm wondering if my skin reacted a bit funny. My skin seems to have dealt with it a lot better this time around thank goodness. So if anyone out there feels like their eyebrows have gone crazy dark and hard/scabby in texture, you can be assured that it's just your skin dealing with the 'trauma' of having them microbladed.

Thank you for updating! I’ve been a week behind you in the process so I was hoping you’d post your top up comments. I’m loving my shape and nervous about my top up. Wondering if too much of the darkness will stay this time around. Do you feel yours were as dark/black the second time around? Thank you!!

in the healing process they haven’t been as dark, but I can see some healed brow underneath that is darker than it was before after the first time it healed (if that makes sense?) hope that helps!

Day 33 - An hour after top up

So just had my top up! Feeling a bit reminiscent of when I first got them done as the result is very similar (except I’m not panicking at all this time, lol). She’s done a fab job though, and I am just looking forward to the healed result!

Mine were horrible looking. Similar to Groucho Marx clown face. I hate microblading. Now a cosmetic surgeon will charge me 3000 to remove the damage.

I shaved all my eyebrows off and am wearing bandaids over my eyebrows now
