Just prior to suture removal. Still Swelling and Bruising. Now I'm wearing my chin strap only 12 hour per day. Massaging swelling and scar tissue through out the day.

You has a wonderful result! I’m having a similar procedure in a couple of weeks and was so happy to find your post. I’m 46 and not quite ready for face lift so my doc also recommend this...I’m concerned about skin laxity. Do you mind sharing your age?

swelling and brusing

At 3 days post -op, there is more swelling and bruising, which is to be expected. I'm wearing my chip strap 24/7- keeping my head elevated and using cold packs. At day 4, I'll switch to a heating pad.

You look great. I don't see any sutures in front of your ears. Where were they placed?

Hi: No sutures at ear . My sutures are under my chin only. I did not have a Full neck lift. I had neck lipo and repair of my Platysma muscle at the mid line.

Were you put to sleep for this procedure? Did you consider a full-neck left ( not saying you need one- I just don't know the why or why nots).

Yes, I was under with propofol, versed and fentanyl. Dr Fox thought i still had good skin laxity and no jowls yet. therefore, he recommended a more conservative procedure.

I want to share my results with the Real Self Community. After spending months on this web site, in researching and preparing for my procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Albert Fox and Staff as they are Extremely professional and Caring. At only 2 days Post op I am very pleased with my results!!

Thank You! There is one incision is under my chin and is bandaged. The stitches will come out at my one week post-op on Tuesday. No extra skin was removed.

You look amazing. I had a neck lift and mini face lift by Dr. Fox a week before you and had been writing a review on that when I saw yours, so I wanted to introduce myself. :) I was very happy I went with this office- everyone is so nice! I am still swollen and starting to get a bit itchy but so far, love the results. I hope the rest of your recovery goes smoothly.
