I had breast augmentation surgery in July of 2011. I was originally a 36 B cup and wanted a large D/DD. I am now what looks to be a C cup. If I do not wear a padded/push up bra, then you can't even tell I had breast aug surgery. It wasn't worth the $ I paid. I wish I would have done more research before choosing this dr. He did not take time to help me with choosing my size or the look I wanted to achieve. Rather, I feel that he chose the size he thought was good for me and as a result I am not happy with the outcome. If you are going to pay 7k for augmentation than you should be able to tell you have them. The procedure itself was quick and the recovery process was not painful at all. I had the implants put in from underneath my breasts and my scars are rather large and noticeable, I would say about 1-2 inches under both breasts.

hi..i think u look great. are u wearing a padded bra in the picture w the pink and black dress? what size bra do you wear? did u get saline or silicone. high profile or moderate? how many consultations did you go to? i went to 3 i like my breasts but Dont love love them..i thought the would be bigger.

In the pink and black that is pre aug and I had a bra with very little padding. I went with high profile silicone. I only went to 2 consultations. Wish I would've went bigger. I don't think the nurse who did the consult, not the dr., did a good job at explaining the difference between hp and moderate. Also, the nurse and dr insisted that I could not go bigger that what I had. Should've went on more consultations and chose what I wanted since I was the one paying for them. Where did you get yours done?

how many ccs did u get? i think they look good. but yea if Thats your pre photo they arent much bigger. i think u should of gone bigger. i went as big as i could w silicone moderate profile. but now wish i got high profiles. i went to Dr Peters in

they're an improvement so Im glad and they're really natural looking and feeling. which is what i asked for but i really do realize i like the big up high [RS bleep] look. lol

Thank you for sharing your story. Sorry to hear of your disappointment. I have to admit though, that you look darling in all of your photos. I suppose this doesn't help you much as you feel a bit ripped off. You look rather petite...is it possible that going bigger would have caused complications? I don't blame you for being upset about the scars...that doesn't sound right! Are you considering a revision in the future?

Thanks. I am not petite, well I consider myself medium build. 5'7" 145lbs. I think that I could have went bigger, however I was told that the cc's I have were as big as I could go basis the measurements they took of my breasts. Maybe I just chose the wrong profile. I liked the results I had the 2 weeks post survey, due to the swelling. However, when the swelling went down, they really shrank.

You honestly look so great in your March 2013 photos. Will your PS consider a revision? Perhaps this might make you feel better. I suppose time and money are a concern. Another idea is to get a second opinion about larger implants: would another PS say they wouldn't work well on your body? Good luck!

Scar revision is easy and not very expensive. Normally doctors will set up a package with laser to help bring the scaring down. You could enlarge at the samtime Check out pousti is spealizes in XL breast implants he can make them sit higher also.

Just so you know some plastic surgeons doesn't like to make the to big at once becaus of symmastia. Look at my story's I jumped into 800ccs. Because my surgeon told me it would be safe.... Needless to say he lied I bottoms out and ended up with symmastia. I have had it repaired but..... I costed allot.

You look great. But I totally agree with you, we did not pay 7k to look the same or to have still wear padded bras to get the look we wanted. I'm on the same boat, not happy with mine either.
