This is a better photo of progress

This is over 22 days. I have no exercised at all. Nor have I eaten healthy. Due to school I've actually been stress eating.

Day 22

Sorry I haven't been posting. I've had my head in the books so I haven't had time. Here's what's new, around day 4-7 it was probably the worst days. My stomach ached, and I felt nothing would help except pressure. I put on a waist belt to help relieve the pain. The pain stopped around day 12, and my stomach was just tender. Since then my stomach would have random itchy feelings. I scratch like crazy. I'm not sure if this is normal or not. The itchiness is around my belly button and the lower part of my stomach. There is a slight difference but none that I see as drastic.

Day Four

So over the past few days I've had a few side effects. First, I had to use the restroom frequently. Two, my stomach was numb but sore. Today was probably the most challenging. I think the nerves are awaking so I've had this stinging, itchy, burning feeling. It isn't so bad on my stomach but my belly button is driving me nuts. It only feels better when I have something snug on my stomach. I tried to creme again. It allowed me to get some sleep. Don't use too much though!
