Update 11 days later
WORTH IT$75
11 days later and I have some flare up of my acne but I won't ever again get a Neostrata Peel. It was a waste of money but it isn't the Nurse's fault because she told me the Vivité would be stronger & Neostrata was a different chemical structure... but the peel was a waste for me. It may work for others or my skin was used to the 70% Gycolic Acid and 30% was mild. I was under the impression that there were going to be a lower and higher strengths...

Neostrata Gycolic Peel
Here is a picture from right after the peel. My skin wasn't red and it didn't sting. A day or two later my skin felt tighter but and my acne is not flared. I do it to clear my pores. I am sorry about the way I edited my eyes... for privacy. The peel was $100.00 & I think because it requires 1 extra step of spraying the face as opposed to Vivité I'd had to wash it off my face. I'd rather Vivité but it's not being sold anymore. Neostrata was a waste of money.

Neostrata Chemical Peel for Acne
Do!ne on Dec. 15, 2014
I have had about 4 Chemical Peels done with Vivité. The nurse said that they aren't making it anymore & today I had the Neostrata Peel. I think she said it was 30% Gycolic Acid & the Vivité was 70%. But she also said that there were two strengths before and I don't know if they bought both types as I am not familiar with peels. It didn't tingle, just a tiny bit at the base of my face, the Vivité tingled more when I had that type of peel. The Neostrata does involve spraying a neutralizer on the face but, unlike Vivité where I'd wash my face with water. I used SPF 80.
Day 2. No peeling. I thought this was supposed to be a stronger peel, given the price. I'll see what happens today and tomorrow.
Overall since peels my acne and pores are not as clogged
