WORTH IT
As a RealSelf friend, I received this complimentary treatment through the RealFriends program.
Went to Norfolk Plastic Surgery center and was treated by Kimberly Yost. I had a mommy makeover July 19, 2017, by Dr.Grenga and absolutely loved my results (see my review under mommy makeover). Since then I have unfortunately gained some weight, with a mommy makeover it's sometimes easy to forget and maybe not notice because the belly still looks flat! But I am now back on track and ready to lose these last 15-20lbs! Had my first consultation on Thursday and 1st treatment last Friday September 7th, Kimberly was very imformative, she explained the entire process thoroughly and I felt very comfortable moving forward. When I arrived for treatment, she once again went over everything with me, took pictures and customized the treatment based on my needs specifically. If you notice in my picture, I have more fat accumulated on my right side, she said this happens when we tend to use/lean/sleep more to one side, I almost always drive and shift right, my bad. Anywho, just know that it's all custom to your body. The treatment itself is 25 minutes long, she did both my right and left separately, on my back, right under where my bra strap goes. 25 minutes on one side and then the left for a total of 50 minutes. I was able to tolerate the pain on my right side at the highest level you can go, but it did hurt, perhaps it was that area, I've seen where others say it didnt hurt them, BUT i felt pain in my ribs, it almost feels like it's on fire even tho it isn't! The best way i coped was just breathing and kept my eyes closed, time does go by fast. On my left side, it felt more like a punching feeling versus my ribs hurting and she said it could be because there's "less fluff" in that area. Half way thru, I asked her to lower the setting because it was too uncomfortable. She stayed in the room with me for the entire session, was very attentive, making sure I was ok, she had some really good music playing with my permission and it did help the time go by faster. Once I was done, she took everything off, although I felt the high heat which by the way is followed by cool air, my skin felt cold and I had no markings, I felt fine, she gave me some water (hydration is important) and advice me to massage my back with the back of my hand or the ball of, if that makes sense, no fingers, prefarably in the shower. It's been a few days and I'm sore, it hurts to touch the area but she did say, I might be sore for about 2 weeks. My next appt is Oct 19th as far as I have no nodules. If I do, I will have to reschedule. I'll keep everyone updated after my second appt and or if I notice any changes, I will post. I received this complimentary treatment through the RealFriends program.

Thanks for your update! Sounds like things went pretty well for you, especially being able to tolerate the laser at the highest level (1.40?). The most I could handle was 1.10. How are you doing now? Any swelling or nodules? I look forward to hearing more... and following your progress. :-)

Thank you! I was able to tolerate on the right side, but lowered on left side, don't know the numbers tho. I don't really notice any swelling, I'm still very sensitive in that area, it hurts to touch, haven't noticed or felt any nodules. I do massage the area maybe not as often as I should be!

Glad you were able to get through the 1st treatment!! I think some areas are just more sensitive than others. Thanks for posting and keep us updated on how things are going❤️

Went to my second sculpsure appointment last Thursday, and this time we did a 25 min session instead of 50 minutes.
This time around was a lot easier to handle, and time flew, which was nice Haha
We did notice a change, so I'm happy so far! I. Supposed to go back in 8 weeks for pictures and I can't wait to share their pics with you all, but for now, here's a before and after.

Final pictures for sculpsure

Went in on December 13th for my final pictures, and I'm pretty impressed with the results. It's a subtle difference definitely not for weight loss but maybe for a special event, might be worth looking into.
My sculpsure tech whom is just wonderful, really focused on my right side because oddly enough and before sculpsure I really had never noticed, I had more fat on that side than my left, she explained that happens when we tend to use/lean more to one side, which i tend to do. I'm definitely more mindful now! Anyway
Let me know what you all think :)

I can tell a difference in the right but it is a subtle difference. I agree with you that it’s not for weight loss by any means. But you already look fabulous hun!!
